The egg is cooked to perfection, with that runny yolk melting into the cheddar like an edible postcard. The contrast in textures between the crispy bread and the soft layers is beautifully done. What kind of pan did you use for the egg? That golden edge shows serious control over the heat.
I’m wondering have you ever tried infusing the butter with herbs before spreading it? Could be a next-level twist for such a well-rounded dish! 👏

@sussan_scoolinaryteam Thanks Sussan! I used an 8” non-stick. I haven’t used herb butter much, but it is a good idea.
