Your salad may be “simple” in terms of ingredients, but visually it’s the complete opposite absolutely striking! That deep red background really makes the colors of the dish pop and creates such a vibrant atmosphere.
On top of that, the combination of textures bread, cheese, figs, olives shows a very intentional composition.
Did you play around with any particular dressing or technique to bring out the flavors? I’m curious to know if there’s anything fermented, toasted, or marinated in there.
