I can imagine how light and luxurious this must taste… like a tropical secret whispered in frozen form. Beautiful work! 👏

@kittibhoom@gmail.com Kitt, so great to have you back in the challenge! Thank you for sharing another unique and beautifully crafted creation.
The mangosteen sorbet isn’t just visually elegant that presentation inside the shell is a real gem! but it also looks incredibly smooth, you can tell just by looking at it. The natural light in the first photo and the more artistic angle in the second really enhance the overall impact. It’s all so inviting.
I have to admit, it’s the first time I’ve seen mangosteen in action… could you tell us a bit more about this fruit? How would you describe it for someone who’s never tried it? It would be a real treat to learn more about the ingredients you choose and what draws you to them.
Keep it up! The way you thoughtfully approach each detail adds so much to the spirit of the #icecreamchallenge ✨1-
@Sussan Estela Olaya Thank you for your recommendation Sussan, Mangosteen is often described as having a sweet and tangy flavor, with a combination of tropical fruit notes like peach, strawberry, and lychee. I personally found some white flowers note to some of them when eating.

Wow, this mangosteen sorbet is visually stunning! The use of the natural fruit shell as a serving vessel is not only clever but elevates the whole storytelling. Both shots are powerful—the first is luminous and fresh, while the second feels rich and editorial.
What’s the most important thing you look for when developing a plated dessert—flavor clarity, visual poetry, or something else entirely? 🤔
