      Tastachio Mocha Fudge.

      This is made with Tastachio Nut Butter as the key ingredient. Tastachios are wood fire roasted pistachios providing a savory, smoky flavor. I use a combination of honey and maple syrup as my sweetening agent.

      Ingredients:

      Heavy Cream, 2% milk, eggs (tempered), Tastachio Nut Butter, Honey, Maple Syrup, Salt, Fudge, Maple Caramelized Tastachio kernels.

      I am an ice cream enthusiast and own the Tastachio brand of premium pistachio products. The combination creates a very enticing flavor all its own. The nut butter melds well with the honey, maple syrup and swirls of fudge presented in a premium quality texture. The caramelize kernels provide a tasty crunch that tantalizes the tastebuds! A fantastic ice cream created by a hobbyist!
