Tiramisù macaron, from the course of Elena Adell
I am absolutely delighted, they are so delicious. The detailed explanations of the Chef have guided me through the steps of preparation, so I haven’t failed completely making these capricious little jewels for the first time.

Ksenia, what a refined execution! The macarons have an impeccable structure, with a nice foot, glossy tops, and a filling that looks creamy and generous. The flavor profile you described , coffee and amaretto sounds absolutely irresistible and beautifully balanced for a more mature palate.
Have you considered trying a variation of the filling with freeze-dried mascarpone to really amplify the nod to classic tiramisu?

@Lilia Yurkovskaya yeah, when I’ve seen the ‘skirt’ on the shells while they were baking, it’s clearly skyrocketed my mood 😀
