Your Pistachio Entremet has a very eye-catching glaze that’s beautifully applied, with a lovely shine. The contrast between the red and the golden detail on top really makes it stand out visually.

However, we’d like to let you know that for this particular challenge, only recipes taken directly from Chef Bachour’s courses available on the Scoolinary platform are being accepted. This allows everyone to work from a common foundation and enrich the collective learning experience.
(Of course, you’re always welcome to share your own creations in the Feed, even if they aren’t part of the challenge.)
