Who is Nicolás Tomaselli?

Nicolás Tomaselli is one of Vegetalmente's star trainers, an occupation he combines with his activity as a chef in his vegan restaurant in Madrid, Vegania. A chef for more than twenty years, Nicolás specialized in plant based cuisine more than ten years ago.

Since then, he has opened three vegan restaurants in Madrid, where he continues to experiment and push the boundaries of plant based cuisine.

From Vegetalmente, he has helped large companies in the catering, hospitality and community sectors to adapt their gastronomic proposal to attract the veggie public in a simple, personalized and profitable way.
