Who is Eva Hausmann?
Eva Haussmann is a consultant and foodstyling specialist.
Following her experience in various kitchens, she ventured into the world of gastronomy by establishing her own restaurant, Olea Restaurant, in 2007. Although the restaurant closed in 2014, this period marked the beginning of her new journey in the realm of culinary arts, focusing on conceptualization, gastronomic trends, and food styling.
Eva seamlessly combined her expertise in graphic design and television production with her passion for cooking, evolving into an accomplished food stylist - mastering the art of plating. Her unique skillset encompasses art, photography, technique, and culinary finesse, making her a well-rounded expert in the field.
