My Easter Egg petit gateaux mousse treats with a edible chocolate tray
I made with 3 different flavours
Milk chocolate mousse, caramel filling with mascarpone, dark chocolate ganache, chocolate sponge and hazelnut praline crunchy layer
Pistachio mousse with raspberry confit, vanilla sponge and hazelnut praline crunchy layer
Mango mousse , mango confit , passion fruit cremeux vanilla sponge , hazelnut praline crunchy layer
