I think this is my favorite challenge ever! I love Chef Bachour’s talent and truly admire his creations.
As berry season is starting, I decided to make the red berry tart with vanilla cream, strawberry compote, and berries from our garden.
My personal twist is the caramel spiral.
To be honest, my tarts weren’t as intensely red—I think next time I should use a bit more color.

And yes, I totally get it , every one of Chef Bachour’s recipes makes you want to try them all. It’s impossible to pick just one!
That’s so exciting about Milan! I had no idea he’d be there… just imagine getting to taste those amazing creations fresh from his hands. Total dream!
