Time for lunch 🙂 Today I would like to share a simple yet very aromatic salad made from seasonal raspberry tomatoes, pickled baby cucumbers, burrata, fresh oregano and a touch of deep flavored extra virgin olive oil:) The perfect element of crunch is added with yeast puff pastry twists 🙂

What a fresh and appetizing combination! I really like how you thoughtfully chose each ingredient to bring flavor, texture, and aroma to the dish.
The ripe raspberry tomatoes must add a lovely natural sweetness, and the creamy center of the burrata sounds like the perfect balance to the tanginess of the pickled baby cucumbers. And those puff pastry twists? Such a clever touch! Not only do they add crunch, but I bet they’re perfect for scooping up that olive oil or the tomato juices.
The fresh oregano is a great detail sometimes just a few well-placed leaves can completely transform the character of a salad.
Have you ever tried adding a bit of lemon zest or some fresh mint to a salad like this? It can be a subtle but refreshing twist, especially on warm days.
Your plate has such a good vibe, definitely makes you want to sit down and enjoy every bite! ❤️-

Hurray for joining a challenge for the first time! 🎉 What a gorgeous way to kick things off!
This plate is pure sunshine — the way you’ve let the natural light wrap around the dish brings everything to life. The burrata looks dreamy, perfectly creamy and glossy, and the raspberry tomatoes and pickled cucumbers add such a refreshing balance. That little drizzle of olive oil and the sprinkle of oregano? Chef’s kiss. And let’s talk about those puff pastry twists — clever touch for texture and height!
What inspired you to plate it outdoors like this? It feels like a picnic elevated to fine dining — absolutely lovely. 🌿1-
