        I love how the rib looks like it’s on a “fashion runway,” with the crisp tuile in the background like a dramatic cape. The color contrast between the juicy meat, the golden crunch, and the dark sauce makes it look incredibly appetizing.

        Quick question: how did you get the tuile to hold that shape? Did you make it out of cheese? Did you shape it while it was still warm, or did you bake it in a mold? It looks like an awesome touch to add some height to the plating!
