      We’re having unusually warm fall weather here so I decided to grill tonight for a steak and fritte salad with a vinaigrette made with rice wine vinegar and Mirin. We love the crispy potatoes on top.

        It looks great! The crispy potatoes on top are a nice touch, and the mirin vinaigrette must add a special flavor. Perfect for enjoying in this nice weather.
