Vegan Macarons
I need more practice, but I’m thrilled with how my first attempt at making vegan macarons turned out! I used chocolate buttercream and passion fruit as the filling. Thanks to Chef Damien Wager for the wonderful class. It was so helpful as I began my sweet adventure into the vegan world.
