Theoretical course

The teacher is very knowledgeable, but the presentation is quite boring. Too much talking without demonstration. Audio is pretty bad and slides would have been helpful. I expected this course to be more practical. Might be useful if you are starting your own ice cream business, not very suitable for someone who wants to learn how to make ice cream at home.
