Outstanding Intro to Plating

David gives an excellent overview of plating. Overall I found the course to be well worth the money. I only have a few suggestions:
1. Would be nice to have mandatory practice assignments
2. The quizzes are very short
3. Wish that there were more detailed recipes. The recipes for the cod, parfait, and venison were not included so I couldn’t practice those without guesswork.
