Extremely Informative in the Topic of Brewing Beer

By far this is the best course I have ever taken in brew making. I have taken both in-person and online classes, and no one has come close to the excellent content provided by the instructor. The combination of her simplified approach to teaching while exposing students to the beer terms used by experienced brewers have made this topic enjoyable, less scary and motivated to get started.
