A very good course

Before this course, I made Pate several times, but result wasn’t good. So, the main task for me was to see technology. I was surprised very much, when saw dough technique. After tartlets, this technique was diametrically opposite, but this was the key to success. Pate en croute is an endless way for creativity and I’m grateful for this opportunity to study basic principles. Thank you very much!
