Here’s my #CopyCatBurger! So good. Couple disclaimers:

Hubby doesn’t like avocados so I made some crispy onion straws in the air fryer.

I had no idea how good homemade pico could be on a burger.

And that mamba sauce is now a staple in our house.

Monday dinners can be hard. What’s your go to? Tonight I went simple with pasta with grilled sausage plus our favorite cheesy garlic bread and some stuffed mushrooms for good measure 🤣

That looks like such a nice meal. I made a giant lasagne for guests this weekend and had some ragu left over. I just added that to cooked pasta and that’s what was for dinner. I also had some beef fillet that needed cooking, so I made a stir-fry, with onions, green pepper, bok choi and the beef, plus sticky rice. That went into the fridge…

So I haven’t done any of the pizza classes but curious if you all do cheese on top or over the sauce layer? We seem to be moving to team cheese on sauce.

          Hi Michelle Tarby

          Delicious pizza!

I have to say that when I make pizza, I first put sauce on the dough, then cheese, add the toppings, and then more cheese.

I’m on team cheese—the more you add, the better!

          Best regards.”

I am the same as Sussan. Sauce, some cheese, the rest of the toppings, then cheese.

              Hi Michelle Tarby

That’s bonus points for grinding your own meat for your burger.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The result of your dish looks delicious. We are glad to know that you liked the course.

For a next opportunity, if you like, we would love to see the result of your burger meat and how it turned out inside.

What will be the next course you will see?

              Thanks…
