Good evening,
A quick question. The ingredients for the pain de gene of the Equatorial of Chef Antonio Bachour are enough for which size of sheet pan? I am only a home cook and do not have a professional oven at my disposal so I will have to recalculate the amounts to make sure I do not end up with way too much dough for my sheet pan for my oven.
