I really enjoyed the course because it not only teaches the techniques, but also explains the reason behind each step, and how sourdough works and behaves.
It’s truly helpful for those of us who are just starting to get into the world of sourdough baking, as it provides a solid foundation and helps us understand what we’re doing instead of just following a recipe.
