Cary, it’s so great to hear from you again and what a lovely way to welcome Easter!
Those Hot Cross Buns look super fluffy and perfectly golden, and the crosses came out so neat.It’s always a treat to see that beautiful, glossy glaze on top. Did you bake them as a group or did you handle the shaping yourself?
I think traditional bakes like these always bring back special memories, and sharing them at work must have brightened everyone’s day. It’s such a joy to see thoughtful touches like this.

Sussan, I am so sorry for being quiet on the forums. I got sick last year (I think another bout of that virus we shall not name
). I had to get over that and then it was leading up to Christmas and it took me ages to get back into making anything again.
