My dream is to open my own cafe with bakery one day 🥹 hopefully sooon
i tired the croissant and cookies recipe and my family loved it.🙈 I’m still learning I made few mistakes but they came out quite good.
I made plain croissant, almond croissant, pain eu chocolat, and I added my own touch with the croissant half dipped in chocolate, and I also made cookie croissant. (One of my favourite) 🤩 and my cookies also came out pretty good L, however I do still want the inside to be more gowy.

The variety of croissants you made is impressive, and the idea of dipping them in chocolate and making cookie croissants sounds absolutely delicious.
