        Wow, those croissants 🥐 look amazing! For your first try, you really nailed it. That two-tone effect with the laminated dough looks super fun, like the croissant got dressed up for a fancy party. The lamination is nicely defined, and the crumb has a beautiful marbled pattern.

        If I could give you one tip, it would be to keep practicing the tension when rolling them. You’re already off to a great start! Sometimes just a small tweak in how you stretch the tips while shaping can make a big difference in the final bake.

        And the best part: now you’ve got croissants and experience to share! What part of the process did you find the most challenging, and what part left you excited to keep learning?
