Making some treats for my co-workers and students today and thought this kind of fits the #HalloweenChallenge (Plus I needed a new video for my Instagram account
) These are pumpkin spiced mini-muffins filled with dark chocolate chips. I have to share them because they make a ton and we’d eat them all ourselves!

The pumpkin and dark chocolate chip muffins sound delicious. If possible, we’d love to see a picture of how they turned out, and if you’d like, you can decorate them too.
