At the moment, we don’t have a cinnamon roll recipe from Chef Bachour, but we do offer a Hazelnut Pain Aux Raisin, which is similar to a rolled pastry made with laminated dough:

What I’ve seen is that one of our Scoolinars, Khulood Humaid, prepared croissant dough and used it to make cinnamon rolls — which is her own creative adaptation.
