vegan gluten free french pastry
I can´t seem to find the measurements for the gluten free flour mix. The instructor says below the video but there ir no recipe neither below the video, nor in the recipe book. Would you be so kind as to share the quantities with us please?

I had the same problem and then I notice percentages when he shows the gluten free mix in the jar. I attached the screenshot I took.
