American Cookies with Anna Gordon
I am making the ginger snap recipe and have noticed a few inconsistencies.
The recipe directions in step 2 mentions vanilla but that is not listed as an ingredient or shown in the video for this recipe.
Also Chef Gordon mentions nutmeg in her video but this ingredient is not listed in the recipe either.
I just wanted to point out these small issues. Overall I am enjoying this course and looking forward to others. Thanks!

I have news from the team in charge, they tell me the following:
Vanilla has been eliminated from the procedure because that ingredient does not belong in the recipe. Nutmeg does not appear in the written recipe but the chef talks about it on camera, so it has been added to the recipe book as an optional ingredient. (None of these ingredients will affect the outcome of the recipe.)
