Good day friends. These are the Baker’s biscuits (here in Greece we called paximadi). Paximadi with tahini due to the rest of the 40 days fasting of Greece’s Great orthodox church. The paximadi is made by olive oil, or tahini. Added sugar lemon and orange juice and zest, raki or tsipouro here in Greece for the percentage of the alcohol we need to add. Happy baking to everyone!
