Today I treated myself with one of those desserts that smell like childhood, Saturdays, and peace of mind. I made baked crêpes filled with sweet cheese, arranged them like a little edible mosaic, and poured rich sweet cream over the top, which turned into the most perfect, velvety crust in the oven.
To finish it off, I added a touch of grated chocolate, just to round out the story and summon that familiar happiness that appears the moment the oven door opens.
If there’s a dish capable of truly saving a day, I think I found it today.

@judyrusselllive-com-au We call it Baked Pancakes with Cheese or another version of Pancake Gratin with Walnuts. But we can definitely play with the flavors. These are the two most common versions.
