#Christmas, the most wonderful time of the year, began with a romantic snowfall last night and concluded with a culinary adventure in the kitchen. Today, I’m excited to share one of our Christmas creations – Hungarian Bejgli in two delightful variations: walnut and poppyseed.
The shining star? 🌟🌟 The poppyseed Bejgli, where my Heroic partner spent over an hour grinding poppyseeds with an old-timer manual grinder, resulting in the most exquisite poppyseed cream of all time.

And you know, I had never eaten poppyseeds like these handly grinded ones.
I told my partner that from now this would be the way to grind poppyseeds. ☺
