Today’s creation… a rustic chicken stew with potatoes, carrots, and red peppers. Slow-cooked for depth and comfort. The broth carries layers of flavor, from the sweetness of the vegetables to the richness of the tender chicken.

Ayyy, qué guiso más rico, es justo lo que hubiera necesitado esta noche al volver a casa después de un largo día de viaje. Esos platos que gritan ‘hogar’, ‘familia’ y ‘hogar’ 🥰🥰🥰

Hi Lana! The photo captures that cozy, homemade vibe perfectly—those colors pop! What’s your go-to trick for building flavor in stews like this?

@soldamiani Thank you sear 😊 I always start by lightly browning the chicken and vegetables to build that base flavor. It makes such a difference. Then I deglaze with a splash of water or stock to lift all those caramelized bits. After that, it’s just slow simmering and a bit of patience to let everything blend together.
