Not every day leaves room for philosophy. Some days you just don’t feel like cooking anything complicated, yet you still want a dish with character.
I opened the fridge, looked around, and it was as if the tuna, corn, and onion exchanged a glance and said, “We’ve got this.” The spaghetti joined in without question. The cream brought everything together, smooth and calm. The corn added a touch of sunshine, the onion gave it some character, and the capers appeared at the end like tiny sparks from the sea, waking up every flavor.
In this combination, there’s neither too much nor too little. Just perfect balance… between land and sea, sweetness and salt.
