Wow, Chef Christofer! It’s so nice to have you joining this very special Challenge. This Paris-Brest éclair looks absolutely exquisite! The piping is so neat, and that golden choux shell is calling my name! ✨ The filling looks lush—creamy perfection. I can almost taste the hazelnut praline vibes from here. 🍫🌰 Which photo would you say represents your éclaris the best? 1, 2, 3, or 4? I’d go with the second one but which one would you pick?😊
