Do you ever cook with chicken feet?
I know that it’s a popular street food in some places, including my home country of South Africa. Today, I’m adding it to chicken stock, to extract extra collagen.

In Buenos Aires local Chinatown we have plenty. Gotta confess they impress me a little “too much” 😇(I used to be vegan a while ago).

@Sol Damiani My husband tried eating some chicken feet in China and did not like it. When he saw the ones I bought, he looked traumatised, haha. I just boiled them in my stock and then threw it out, we did not eat the feet. My stock came out beautifully, it is a thick gel, I will use it for soup or risotto.
