So I haven’t done any of the pizza classes but curious if you all do cheese on top or over the sauce layer? We seem to be moving to team cheese on sauce.

        Hi Michelle Tarby

        Delicious pizza!

I have to say that when I make pizza, I first put sauce on the dough, then cheese, add the toppings, and then more cheese.

I’m on team cheese—the more you add, the better!

        Best regards.”

I am the same as Sussan. Sauce, some cheese, the rest of the toppings, then cheese.

Here is the President of 🧀 Fansclub in Argentina 🤭
This looks great to me, Michelle. In Argentina, we make this kind of pizza with the cheese on top (and a lot of it). Our variant is pretty different from the Neapolitan and the American ones.

We add like 400 grams of cheese (just to put you in the picture). 😂 It’s a lot, we know, but we truly love it.

Sometimes, we add fainá on top (it’s a pie made of chickpea flour that turns out delicious).
If you ever come to Argentina, I strongly advice you try our version.

Sauce on the bottom, cheese on top. I believe sauce on top is called “grandma style”, I’ve tried that, but I found that it dried out the sauce in a way that I found unpleasant. Pepperoni on top of cheese, for presentation! Your pizza looks delicious.
