Loved the course

I loved that you could show so many different elements with just five desserts. There were certainly working methods that I have not used before (I am not a professional, of course, I only cook for the pleasure of my family and friends) – for example, cooking choux in a baking ring. Or blowing bubbles in chocolate 🙂
