Great course just some information left out

I loved this course but I wish some information like how long to mix and what to use/make when you don’t have the specific preparation product. There was this product one of the cheesecakes needed called Ken but I couldn’t find it anywhere. But I made the Japanese cheesecake and my family and friends loved it! It came out so custardy and pretty.
