Your Hasselback Potatoes from David Rickett’s course turned out spectacular. They look really crispy, and the golden appearance makes them look irresistible. Did you put some scallions on top? It adds a fresh touch and a pop of color that elevates the presentation of the dish.
Definitely a recipe I’ll try to make myself.

@Michelle Tarby make sure you have a pair of large chopsticks so you don’t cut all of the through the potato. Use a very sharp knife and work slowly.
