Matcha roll cake recipe discrepancy
Hello,
I’m interested in making the sponge for the matcha roll cake.
I see that there is butter in the ingredients but when I look at the video and instructions, there is no mention of when or where to add the butter and how.
What is the actual recipe and methodology?
