Another piece in the “make what you love” series – fondant and modelling paste miniature Cookie Monster trying to mimic an actual old soft toy I have. 👀🍪 Never made this kind of sculpting before this one, so I think given that it probably resembles the “model” sufficiently. Advice for future me (and probably also useful to all who want to make fur out of modelling paste but never have worked with it before): do acquire skewers to hold the parts when turning around because otherwise you’ll end up with the stuck-together, well-loved toy fur instead of the impression of a nice, soft, fluffy fur because you are going to tap that down with your hands. 🙈 (See difference in the pictures)
