Tan lejos…

Thank you so much for this amazing app and the quality of the courses! I am learning so much.
I live in South Africa and have always had a HUGE love for healtny and beautiful food. Chef courses in our country is extremely expensive so I have not had the opportunity to study my passion. Instead I completed my law degree and specialized in finances. But now I want to go back and refocus on my passion for food.
One thing I really want to learn is making my own olive oil. I can’t find a course for oil making on the app, but I will continue searching. I have two mature olive trees in my yard that started yielding the most delicious sweet olives three years ago.-
