Level: Stagier

Hi my dear Scoolinary friends,
Since my magical meeting with @Lorena, I haven’t been as active here. Honestly, I cooked every day, I took photos, I experimented… but something was missing. I couldn’t find the right words, and my pictures didn’t feel good enough for this inspiring community.

Today I was home alone, and I decided to put everything aside and bake something delicious. Not for guests, not because we were hungry, but purely for passion.

I made apple pies. They’re still warm, and you are the very first to see them. I haven’t posted them on Facebook or Instagram — I want to surprise my partner later when I go to pick up the new furniture from his office.

And while I was baking, something clicked. The smell of cinnamon, the rhythm of peeling apples, the quiet joy of creating — it all brought me back to the reason why I am here.

This community reminds me that cooking is not just food. It’s emotion, curiosity, beauty, and connection. You push me to grow, to dare, to create from the heart — and that is priceless.
