Hard core Cheesecake lovers LOVE my Cheesecake! New York Cheesecakes are too dense!
A Graham Cracker crust adds a nice flavor. Lemon zest gives a bit citrus, but not so much that it takes lemony. Sour Cream (mixed with Sugar and vanilla) on top adds a nice tang and last, but most important, the main cake is whipped until the cream cheese filling is almost like whipped cream! Very light!
Made this one for my family for Thanksgiving. Not the prettiest, but definaitely yummy.
