I made amazing croissants from Antonio Bachour’s course. The croissant tastes amazing, with a delicate cream inside and fresh strawberries. The color is also very rich. I’m very happy 😊

@soldamiani I truly enjoyed the croissant-making process. The hardest part for me was the lamination process. I decided I needed to go to the gym 💪. Technically, everything was done according to the course instructions, so there were no difficulties. But I still need to tone up physically )) or buy a dough rolling machine )) I want to say a huge thank you for Antonio Bachour’s course; I truly enjoyed it. The course was very professional and high-quality, so it was easy and understandable 🤗. I’ll be happy to share it on Instagram and tag Antonio Bachour and the school. Thank you so much 🫶
