            Yes, I am the pastry chef at a hotel here in Italy.
            One of the things I like most about Bachour is the practicality and productivity of his recipes, which are easily applicable in real production settings, still with a good “wow effect”.

Your HK 100% Chocolate entremet looks bold, elegant and super tempting. The chocolate shards have presence and energy, and the cut reveals a beautiful texture with great layering inside.
                  Sure, this round was about recreating the original look — but let’s be honest: the product itself is the true star, and yours speaks for itself 🍫✨ Your comment about photography made me laugh, but I have to say you did a solid job! A couple of small tweaks like playing with light or framing could bring even more drama to your shot.

                    Well, the truth is that I’m usually very busy and I rarely manage to dedicate time to preparations that aren’t strictly related to the menus of the places where I work.

                    It just so happened that this time I read the email right when I had a couple of lighter workdays, so I took the opportunity! 😊

                    I’ll definitely take a look at the photography course too — I really need it! 😂
