Ginger-Lemon Chicken Soup with Yuzu Kosho.
The yuzu kosho is from Japan. It is a Japanese seasoning paste made from chili peppers, yuzu peel and salt, which is then allowed to ferment. It is spicy and tangy.

The Mala Market’s recipe for Cantonese Steak Chow Fun is SPECTACULAR! Real ingredients from China do it every time. I’ve been making this on a regular basis since 2023. It includes douchi – a specific type of fermented black soybeans that are umami bombs. This also includes wide rice noodles from Guangdong.
