<p>Well, i love cooking fish. I have plenty of dishes with fish. Lets apply a couple of them.</p>

<p>This is a mackerel mosaic, salted with a light western style ponzu sauce, finished with a dark beer glaze and a salad with lambs lettuce, pine nuts and raisins.</p>

<p>Today was sunny, warm, and full of that quiet promise of summer. And somehow, my appetite travelled faster than I could. It went straight to Greece.</p>
