<p><b>Hace un tiempo el carnicero me regaló un par de huesos de ternera abiertos a lo largo para sacarle el tuétano y os prometí que haría algo bonito y creo que ha quedado muy bien. Este tartar de atún con tuétano de ternera, cebolla caramelizada y yema de huevo curada. El atún no se ve muy rojo porque con los&hellip;</b></p>

<p>Reently I made two cakes from the healthy food at home course.</p>
<p>Here are a carrot cake which was very nice, but I did have a problem with the frosting as it did not harden even after being in the fridge over night. And it does not make any sense how it stayed liquidy when it only had creamcheese, butter and sugar &#x1f605;</p>

<p>Otra receta inspirada en Tony Botella. Una dorada salvaje con limón, hierbabuena y romero, no es por nada pero quedó espectacular,  recomiendo que veáis la receta de Tony porque es impresionante,  con el sabor a brasa y luego con un poquito de rayadura  de limón para darle un poquito de frescor al plato. <p>Un plato con carácter, un plato que no pasa desapercibido, un plato de los de antes. Para que esa salsa quede espectacular, le eché al final un poquito de mantequilla y unas onzas de chocolate. 2 horas y media de cocción lenta, una salsa fina y una carne que se deshace.</p>
